Partner Programs: Sales Tools and Solutions

As an EPS partner you and all sales reps and agents working within your company will be provided secure access to our state-of-the-art sales force automation and customer relationship management solution called epsPartner. The system manages and tracks a clients experience through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through the signing of an agreement and then manages the client's implementation cycle, from gathering data to eventual "live" status. The epsPartner solution was designed with features to assist all sellers and resellers with their efforts to sell the EPS suite of products and services.

SFA Features

Features of the sales force automation and customer relationship management solutions are as follows:

Locations
epsPartner provides the capability for a partner to manage their sales organization with an unlimited number of offices located anywhere in the world. Locations can be designated as Headquarters, Sales Office, Customer Service Center, and more.

Sales Representatives and Partner Users
An unlimited number of users can be entered in the system for each partner. Classifications assigned to each user will determine the security permissions available to each. User classifications include, sales representatives, sales manager, sales executive and more.

Product Library
epsPartner provides its Resellers and other users with a complete library of information and supporting documents for each and every product and service available for sale. The Products and Services section has been designed with ease of use and flexibility in mind. This entire area of the application lends itself to customization with the "click of the mouse".

Product and Service Supporting Information
Each product within a Product Category includes supporting documents and information. The supporting information comes in various formats including, but not limited to, MS Excel spreadsheets, MS Word documents, MS Power Point Presentations, PDF files and more. Users can create and upload additional files at their discretion.

Sales Lead Database
epsPartner provides many ways of creating and managing your database of sales leads and/or potential clients. For example, a third-party database can easily be uploaded into the system. Once uploaded, the potential clients can be assigned to specific sales people for follow-up. In addition, users can create their own list of potential clients from "scratch". Creating a new potential client with epsPartner takes only minutes with the help of the New Client Wizard. Subsequent to creating a database of potential clients, users are able to re-assign a specific client to a new sales rep, transfer a client to a different partner/reseller, reject and/or delete the client entirely.

Tracking Information
The system tracks significant amounts of data for each potential client, and for all clients in aggregate. These items include client locations, sales contacts, product selections, all correspondences with clients, notes, and much more.

Follow-up Dates
For every step in the sales cycle, epsPartner requires users to enter a "follow-up date". This follow-up date is used throughout the system to assist managers in monitoring the progress of their sales organization. This feature minimizes the occurrences of "date-sensitive" events being missed.

Notification of Due Dates
Follow-up dates appear on many of the screens through-out epsPartner. When the follow-up date arrives, the system automatically changes the color of the date to bright red so it cannot be missed. In addition, when a user logs on the system, a notification screen will appear providing the user with all follow-up items currently due. E-mail notifications are also automatically delivered to users prior to the due date of a specific event.

Product & Service Pricing Schedules
Resellers are able to enter their specific pricing structure for each product or service offered. A significant amount of flexibility has been included to allow a different price ranges. The pricing schedules are used in both the creation of Sales Proposals as well as Sales Agreements.

Sales Proposal Wizard
Once a Reseller's pricing structure has been entered, epsPartner will walk the user through the steps of creating a professional multi-page sales proposal that includes a cover page, table of contents, product information as well as customized client pricing information. The final proposal can be printed and mailed to the potential client as well as e-mailed directly from epsPartner.

Convert Sales Proposal to Agreement
Never enter the same data twice! Once your customer says YES to your sales proposal, simply convert your sales proposal to the final sales agreement within seconds. epsPartner will use the client data, including pricing information contained in the proposal, to create the sales agreement. The conversion process allows the user to change or modify the data contained in the proposal as well.

Sales Agreement Wizard
epsPartner will walk the user through the steps of creating a final sales agreement that includes a cover page, terms and conditions of service, as well as customized client pricing information. The final sales agreement can be printed and mailed to the client as well as e-mailed directly from epsPartner.

Potential Client Forecasting Assumptions
Users are required to enter certain sales forecasting assumptions for each potential client entered in the epsPartner system. These assumptions include the probability % of closing the deal, the estimated closing date and the estimated annual revenue of the deal. These assumptions, which are subject to modification, are used in calculating each partner's sales "Pipeline".

Sales Pipeline
Based upon the assumptions entered for each potential client, epsPartner will calculate the forecasted number of new clients and anticipated revenue, by probability of closure, for periods ranging from 1 week to 10 weeks into the future. This is a great feature for determining the depth and probability for each partner's sales pipeline.

Mail & E-Mail Merge
Launch the mail or e-mail merge Wizard and quickly create your data source of potential clients from those contained in epsPartner. Merge this with your correspondence and within minutes send your client mailers.

Price Quotes
Wizards quickly walk you through the process of generating price quotes for potential clients. Providing quotes over the phone or in-person can now be performed very quickly and efficiently. Create and/or modify price quotes in seconds. Pricing is flexible, as users can change price structure, apply discounts and much more.

Implementation Progress Status
epsPartner monitors and displays each and every step a client progresses through during the process of being implemented. Due dates are assigned from the beginning of the process and monitored through the point the client becomes "live" in the system.

Financial Statistics
Subsequent to a client becoming "live" in the system, it is very important for resellers to monitor the financial statistics of each of their clients. Accordingly, epsPartner maintains a complete history of revenue and commissions generated for each client and makes this information available to each reseller.
