Company Reporting Levels - Reporting requirements for businesses today have become extremely onerous. As a result we have developed a multi-tiered company reporting feature that provides reporting levels starting at your company's FEIN and continue down through Division, Location, and Department. Further, employees may be assigned and have their labor cost allocated to multiple departments./>

Payment Methods - Helping both employers and employees we provide four alternative methods of paying employees.

  • Standard Paycheck - We calculate the employees net pay and print their paycheck "drawn" on the employer's bank account.
  • All-in-OneTM Paycheck - We calculate the employees net pay and print their paycheck "drawn" on our (service bureau) bank account.
  • Direct Deposit - Employees can select an unlimited number of bank accounts to have their net pay deposited to.
  • epsPaycardTM - Funds are deposited to this paycheck card in the same manner as with direct deposit. This card allows the owner to make purchases any place where VISA is accepted.
