NC State Technology Incubator

Raleigh, N.C., July 21, 2004 - Employer Payment Solutions (EPS), sponsored a luncheon for members of the NC State Technology Incubator. Richard Corpora, President of EPS and Karl Schweitzer, Director of Sales presented to the group. The presentation was entitled Employer Tax and Labor Compliance Matters and included subject areas of Employee v. Independent Contractor Status, S Corporations & Reasonable Compensation, as well as Legislative Updates, the Benefits of HR Outsourcing and the advantages afforded by the Internet relative to HR Outsourcing.

The engagement was held at the NC State Centennial Campus in Raleigh, NC.
